Gymsports
In room10 we go to gym sports every Tuesday. Its so much fun. These are my favourite exercises are forwards rolls. Here's how to do a forwards roll. Bend you knees, tuck your head into your chest make sure your on your tipy toes. If I follow all of these steps do you think I'll do a good job?
